Se han anunciado los nominados para los K-LOVE Fan Awards 2023, con el cantante Phil Wickham liderando con cinco nominaciones y Brandon Lake siguiendo con cuatro. CAIN, Rachael Lampa y TobyMac obtuvieron tres nominaciones cada uno. La banda CAIN conducirá la décima entrega anual de los K-LOVE Fan Awards el 28 de mayo en la icónica OPRY House de Nashville y se transmitirá a través de la cadena norteamericana TBN el 2 de junio.

El show está precedido por el mayor fin de semana de la música cristiana, que incluye eventos como el concierto inaugural del viernes por la noche, la Exhibición de Artistas Emergentes, la Exhibición de Compositores y el Servicio de Adoración del Domingo.
